The meaning attributed to the phoenix in each culture, and the beliefs and legends associated with them, vary slightly, but the essence is the same.
The inspiration for this retreat came from the Phoenix by the Sufi Ferid al-Din Attar. In this piece, the birds set out to find the Phoenix, a bird of unlimited intelligence, infinite power and all-encompassing supreme love, who knows the answers to all questions about existence and life. The phoenix must pass through seven valleys on its way to reach the final summit where it lives. During their journey, they encounter difficulties, temptations, and a series of events that question their loyalty and commitment to the path, and they arrive at their destination as thirty birds, the Persian word for Simurg. 
This course is a compass for humankind, just like Simurg. It is an extraordinary workshop that teaches the seven evolutionary stages of consciousness and the lessons of life in these stages in full detail through the Sufi Nafs levels, the Hindu Chakra systems of Hinduism and the stages of consciousness of psychology, bringing a clear view and a high comprehension of the multidimensional nature of humankind, understanding creation and systems of existence, and liberating the mind from confusion.

Seeing is not only the function of the eye, or an organ in the body. Every night in sleep our eyes are inactive, but we dream. What we think, what we believe, what we desire, what we want, our purpose and intention affect our vision.
Vision is something that can be improved, just like our muscles, our eyesight can be improved. All living beings, except humankind, are in a natural state of being on the planet we live on. They not only are in harmony with their genetic makeup and but also in harmony with their own inner nature. They are also equally in harmony with all the conditions, laws and circumstances of external nature. The most important feature that distinguishes humankind from them is thought, and as a result, the understanding of “human-centered universe” emerged.
Understanding creation from the macro to the micro in a universe where the human mind, which defines, names, breaks, divides and then unites, puts itself at the center, is in reality nothing but an effort to understand human nature. 
The workshop titled “Soul’s Reflection in the Cosmos” aims to bring the human mind, which is trying to find answers to the questions of creation, together with the most striking scientific answers that have been discovered, to the truth that it knows within itself but has not yet met.
The “Theory of Quantum Physics”, which aims to explain the behaviour of atoms and sub-atomic particles in the micro-world, offers a brand-new paradigm, a broader universal view. It creates a permanent transformation and purification through neuroscience-based mindfulness practices, alleviating the effects of chronic and toxic stress on the body, somatic techniques, kinesiology, conscious eating habits, and other ways and methods.

Whether we hear it or not, every substance has its own vibration, its own sound. The human ear hears sounds within a certain range. Sounds above and below this limit are perceived by our subconscious mind.
The brain receives, processes, interprets, organizes and conceptualizes the electrical signals perceived by the five senses. The mind is not only an instrument that receives and interprets the data of the five senses but also it is a tool which expresses the relationship the human being with the world. This relationship is expressed as “meaning”.
For the mind, as this interpretive tool, the most abstract dimension is SOUND. Whereas sight offers us a more concrete form or shape, sound has no form. The spirit of sound is beyond form. It is a periodical change of pressure which can be perceived by any living beings’ hearing organs. The vibrating object that is the source of the sound vibrates the air molecules near it, causing them to scatter in all directions.
The Sound, Symphony of Balance Workshop enables people to recognize the sound frequencies of the universe, to meet their own true voice, and offers formulas for expressing themselves freely through sound and allows them opening up to the hidden potential that sound brings.
