Doctrine

Reach the Truth of Self "Soul Mastery" Doctrine aims to develop “Spiritual Intelligence”, which is the natural right and potential of every humankind. Spiritual intelligence, in its most basic and understandable definition, is a form of psychological well-being. These qualities, which manifest themselves in a person as commitment to life, balanced mood, healthy relationships, meaning, environmental mastery, self-acceptance, fulfillment and success, are a product of spiritual intelligence.

Soul Mastery Teaching

Soul mastery is a specially formulated training program developed for those who want to know, understand and transform themselves as a human being, to acquire the art of living in harmony with their character, and to know where to start and how to continue in order to gain their true self.
The modern world has led to developments that have undermined material and spiritual values, and this situation has led people to set on a quest searching for these values. These quests are basically the result of the need to reconnect and get in touch with the human spirit.
In recent years, there has been an enormous interest in theology, philosophy, psychology and ancient spiritual teachings to find answers to spiritual pursuits and questions. Additionally, models have emerged that adopt modern ways and methods suitable for the mindset of modern people. The ease and simplicity in accessing information with the development of science and technology has turned into a disadvantage at this point and this has led to information overload and pollution, also related with the insufficient competence and lack of qualifications of the teachers unable to respond to this growing need.
SATH School of Awareness, knowing that personal growth is an essential and fundamental necessity on the path to becoming an individual, responds completely and fully to the human need in this field with the teaching of Soul Mastery. It awakens the human Spiritual Intelligence and ensures its existential integrity; It gives the right direction to the person with its goal-oriented, effective and timely roadmap.

Wisdom

Wisdom is not a knowledge learned from books, it is the union of the two most basic human attributes, the mind and the heart (common sense).
Wisdom is an intuitive understanding gained through objective observation; self-knowledge gained through experience. It is the insight into reality, into the nature of things.
The human mind is full of conditionings, so it is in constant contradiction and conflict. Only wisdom can overcome the anguish that arises from these conflicts, only wisdom can resolve the confusion that clouds perception.
It is not easy to gain wisdom because the natural tendency of the untrained mind is towards suffering. To understand the nature of the mind is to face suffering.

“Wisdom” comes as a result of learning the lessons for which a person is responsible on the path of life.
A conscious vision transforms random knowledge. A person starts to see the ways in which the interwoven laws of existence operate, and in this way, knowledge is transformed. The way we understand ourselves and live our lives begins to change.

Awareness

Awareness is the power of the mind to observe.
It is the ability to know, perceive and sense the events developing around us. The mind drifts in time, between past and future, due to the pressure created by the accumulation of experience, compelling thoughts and emotions. Through awareness, the mind starts to recognize and understand the causes that make it drift through time, then starts to prolong the preverbal moments of knowing and becomes conscious of the present experience. It is a kind of deep knowing that changes the way we understand the world.
Awareness is the ability to look at what is happening around us and everyday events without our past experiences, thoughts and beliefs clouding our lives.
Awareness; when concentration, meaning (mana) and Self-Selecivity are balanced, together they go beyond conventional reality and wisdom arises spontaneously.

Concentration

Concentration is necessary for the mind to retain its great potential power. The mind is occupied with everything and its energy is scattered in a thousand different directions with random thoughts, emotions, fears and desires, and it is thrown away easily within the world where causes matter. As the concentration becomes more natural and consistent in our lives, these scattered energies come together and gather around a single point, and the mind becomes focused, like a lens.
When parallel rays of light fall on a piece of paper, they do nothing but heat it. But if the same amount of light is focused through a lens, the paper catches fire. In the same way, concentration focuses the energy of the mind and gives it the power to cut through the surface of the scene. As concentration deepens, the mind becomes calm and focused. It is less reactive. It achieves a greater emotional balance. The mind enters into the flow of life with greater ease, and through concentration the mind reaches a natural habit of letting every situation related with suffering come and go without offending people or having a need to prompt them into action.

Meaning

It is the power that reveals the features and principles that make the things we perceive with our senses or with our intellect for what they are by means of certain symptoms, signs and symbols. It is the ability to understand the true meaning of events and causes, and to read the hidden meaning contained in forms and shapes.
Knowledge has two aspects: internal (deep-secret) and external (general-superficial). General information is publicly available and easy to understand. Deep knowledge, due to the hidden reality it reveals, can only be understood by those who have the ability and knowledge to understand it.
We have to accept that nothing is as it seems because of the philosophy and multidimensional nature of life. We should become aware of the rich source of images of life, and open our eyes to the deeper truth within everything that is happening around us and, in our world, because this law of meaning is one of the most important laws of self-realization. The simplest and first step to train ourselves in mana is to train our senses, expand our perception and think more deeply.

Self-Selectivity

Self-Selectivity literally means to be under strong protection, to be guarded, to be protected, to get oneself under protection. The mind, opened to new possibilities through concentration and awareness, needs to awaken Self-Selecivity, a way of inner protection, in order to proceed on the path of life with the most appropriate and pure choices. In order for your body to make healthy eating choices, other unhealthy choices need to be identified and left behind. Spiritually, Self-Selectivity leading to our goal - Wisdom, makes this choosiness very essential.
Self-Selectivity, in more understandable terms, means having the understanding and ability to make amends quickly, but more importantly, being equipped with the ethics to behave in such a way that there is no need to make amends. Choices that we are not aware of often have consequences that we cannot foresee, and even some seemingly insignificant choices can have severe consequences at times. Self-Selectivity is the state of consciously moving to choices that do not leave behind a negative trace and do not require us to pay a price. This is a state of being in a distinguished state of consciousness, and having reached this state brings about distinguished and high-quality choices. It is the ability to move into a state of elite consciousness, to avoid and protect oneself against a universe of random and toxic choices, and to avoid any situation that harms one’s own being.

Faith

Belief is critical to the journey to self-realization, because we cannot move forward on our life path if we do not have a final goal that we value, or if our belief in our own power and ability to achieve it is weak. Faith makes us more profound and gives us the courage to go beyond our old limits. The clouds of doubt that dissipate through faith offer a clearer vision; we begin to allow ourselves to feel more of what we feel. The stronger the faith in the truth of wisdom and the vision of spiritual enlightenment, the stronger, by its very nature, gets our faith that we can realize it.
The belief and deepening of faith are a movement inward; we begin to trust ourselves more and more, and start to be drawn more and more to understanding and to love within our own union of mind and heart. Faith has a great impact on consciousness, giving clarity and energy to the mind. Faith is a spiritual power we possess, it is faith that enables us to move from the known to the unknown, that moves us away from fear and towards trust.

Seriousness

Seriousness is the sum of a series of concepts such as determination, knowledge, certainty, intensity, importance, discipline, necessity and is directly related to the situation, not to a person. All situations are the basic necessity for the order, laws and functioning of the universe.
The human mind, in the field where existence unfolds, tends to turn outward and engage predominantly with the world outside itself. The mind needs to be brought to its centre point for the best acquisition of life skills and for the realization of the existential meaning of the self.
Seriousness is very important for this kind of training of the mind, because seriousness is a matter of setting a direction by giving the mind certainty and clarity. The basic step to achieving success in life by reaching short- medium- or long-term goals is to take the goal in the target area seriously. The most important life skill gained through seriousness is the ability to find a path to serve a meaningful purpose and to show stability, determination and commitment to that path amidst the constant movement and volatility of the chaotic universe. In clearer terms, it means taking up a cause that requires continuity. Seriousness is usually perceived as coldness and distance, but it also embodies authority, dignity, reputation and trust. Wisdom is truth, and everything that is true, everything that is meaningful is serious and requires seriousness.

Effort

The mind is used to wandering, jumping from one thought to another, from one emotion to another, indecisive, constantly judging itself, sometimes planning, sometimes hoping, dreaming, worrying and sometimes complaining. It has become accustomed to being stuck in its own limitations, not even knowing that anything else can exist outside its limited level of perception.
It is not easy to shake off the wear and tear of years of distorted and repressed perceptions. We have to spend a lot of energy to get rid of the habitual gravitational pull of the mind. We cannot move forward without “effort” in our lives, including any subject that is tied to a goal. Especially in spiritual goals and practices, nothing happens without effort.
Effort is not trying to achieve something because there is nothing there to achieve. Effort simply means paying attention. This is the close attention, the effort to keep coming back every time the mind wanders off. Our mental energy can be scattered in a thousand different directions, but each time, purposeful attention invites us to make that effort, and this effort brings the scattered potential energy back into focus. Close attention opens the heart, and when there is genuine attention, judgment disappears, and so the struggle ends. The friendly quality of effort comes to light, conflicts disappear, and the struggle gives place to unconditional acceptance in every situation.

Spiritual Quotient

Spiritual Intelligence Quotient (SQ) is a term used by philosophers, psychologists and developmental theorists to indicate the spiritual parallel between IQ, and EQ, each a type of intelligence, and has nothing to do with piety.
Today, research on Spiritual Intelligence Quotient has shown that this type of intelligence has a neurological and biological basis, all of which supports the validity of SQ as type of intelligence.
In its simplest definition, Spiritual Intelligence is the ability to perceive the unknown, the invisible, to sense that there is a purpose behind what is visible in life, and to put the will and effort to realize this purpose at the centre of your life.
It is the ability to question the relationship between oneself and the universe in which we live and to question the ultimate meaning of life. In this sense, Spiritual Intelligence includes all other types of intelligence.
All studies supporting the development of SQ actually aimed to increase the psychological well-being of individuals. Having a meaningful purpose in their lives was perceived as a result of Spiritual Intelligence. One of the roles of Spiritual Intelligence is to reveal new senses and abilities that are potentially present in each person.
Spiritual Intelligence is the centre and is most basic of all intelligence types, because it becomes the guide for these other types.
It is a powerful quality that, starting from the level of conscience, first gives us the control over ourselves and then over events, gives us the power and the opportunity to serve humanity in the most perfect way, frees the person from uncertainties and limitations, and overcomes every obstacle that lies on the path towards righteousness.
Having Spiritual Intelligence on advanced level as a result enables a person to enter and exit higher states of consciousness, makes one able to derive personal meaning and purpose from all physical and mental experiences, to recognize a transcendent self, and to gain mastery of spiritual states.
